These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ReelPresets Entertainment LTD products, website, digital assets, editing presets, color grading LUTs, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using products or services provided by ReelPresets Entertainment LTD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you act on behalf of a company, agency, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReelPresets Entertainment LTD. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase, access, download, or use our products or services.

2. License & Access

When you purchase a ReelPresets product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital products according to the license terms applicable to that product.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • You may use purchased LUTs, presets, and digital assets for your own creative projects and content.
  • You may use the products in videos, social media content, advertisements, websites, thumbnails, promotional materials, and other finished creative works.
  • You may modify or adjust presets and LUTs as reasonably necessary for your creative workflow.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the original digital files with third parties.
  • You may not upload our original LUTs, presets, or asset files to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, repositories, or similar platforms.
  • You may not provide purchased files to clients, employees, contractors, or other third parties unless the applicable license expressly permits such use.
  • You may not claim the original ReelPresets products as your own creations.
  • You may not use our products to create a competing LUT, preset, or digital-asset marketplace or product library for resale.
  • License rights may differ between individual, commercial, team, or custom purchases. The license presented at checkout or supplied with the product will apply where different.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

3. Account & Customer Responsibilities

If you create an account or provide information during checkout, you are responsible for:

  • Accurate information: Providing accurate and current contact and billing information.
  • Account security: Keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • Authorized use: Ensuring that products purchased through your account are used only in accordance with the applicable license.
  • Compliance: Following all applicable laws, regulations, copyright requirements, and platform rules.
  • Payment obligations: Ensuring that purchases are authorized and that payment information provided is valid.
  • Responsible use: Not using our website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes.

4. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, ReelPresets products are sold as one-time purchases.

  • Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
  • Changes in pricing will not affect completed purchases.
  • Promotional discounts and special offers may have additional terms or expiration dates.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
  • We do not intentionally store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by third-party providers.
  • Custom services, branding packages, or other individually quoted work may have separate pricing and payment terms communicated before purchase.
  • Failed, reversed, or unauthorized payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

5. Intellectual Property

All ReelPresets products and materials, including but not limited to:

  • Color grading LUTs
  • Editing presets
  • Digital asset files
  • Product previews
  • Graphics and visual materials
  • Website content
  • Product descriptions
  • Branding
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Documentation and guides

are owned by or licensed to ReelPresets Entertainment LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your purchase provides a license to use the applicable product; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute original product files.
  • Upload products to public or private file-sharing platforms for unauthorized distribution.
  • Sublicense or transfer your license without written permission.
  • Create a competing commercial collection substantially based on our products.
  • Claim ReelPresets products or original files as your own work.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices where applicable.
  • Use our branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership or endorsement.

Any feedback, suggestions, or product ideas you voluntarily provide may be used by ReelPresets Entertainment LTD to improve its products and services without creating an obligation to provide compensation.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website, products, and services responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Use our products for illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code through our services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically reproduce substantial portions of our website or product catalog without permission.
  • Reverse engineer our products where prohibited by applicable law.
  • Share account credentials or purchased files in violation of the applicable license.
  • Use our products to infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse our staff, customers, or other users.
  • Use our website or services to distribute spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Our products and services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ReelPresets Entertainment LTD does not guarantee that:

  • A particular LUT or preset will produce an identical result across every camera, footage type, editing application, color space, or workflow.
  • Our products will achieve a specific artistic, commercial, audience, marketing, or business result.
  • Our website or digital delivery system will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Every product will remain compatible with every current or future version of third-party software.

You are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase are suitable for your intended workflow and software.

You are also responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your own creative projects and files.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ReelPresets Entertainment LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website, products, or services.

This may include losses such as:

  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Lost business opportunities
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of creative work
  • Business interruption
  • Loss resulting from third-party software or services

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular purchase or service will generally not exceed the amount you paid to ReelPresets Entertainment LTD for that purchase or service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We are not responsible for the actions, availability, compatibility, security, or content of third-party software, platforms, payment processors, websites, or services.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, account, products, or services if we reasonably believe that you have:

  • Violated these Terms.
  • Redistributed or resold our products without authorization.
  • Shared purchased files in violation of the applicable license.
  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
  • Attempted unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Used our products or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Failed to comply with applicable payment obligations.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination, but immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect our business, customers, intellectual property, systems, or legal rights.

Upon termination or cancellation of a license due to a material violation:

  • Access to applicable digital products may be revoked.
  • Download links may be disabled where technically possible.
  • You must stop using the affected products where the license has been terminated.
  • You must delete unauthorized copies of the affected original files.
  • Refunds, if any, will be handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should continue after termination, including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability provisions.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.

For material changes, we may provide notice through our website, email, or other reasonable communication methods where appropriate.

Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you do not agree with an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the affected services.

The Terms applicable to a completed purchase will generally be those in effect when the purchase was made, unless an update is required by law or applies to an ongoing service or relationship.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer protection laws or bringing a claim before a court or tribunal that has lawful jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to seek appropriate legal or injunctive remedies to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, website, products, and other legitimate business interests.

12. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
  • Entire agreement: These Terms, together with applicable product licenses and referenced policies, constitute the agreement between you and ReelPresets Entertainment LTD concerning the relevant products and services.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Force majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
  • Third-party services: Third-party software, platforms, payment processors, and services may have their own terms and privacy policies, which are separate from these Terms.
  • Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
